Refund policy

Overview

Under UK Law several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. Therefore no returns can be accepted.

Refunds

If your magazine is delivered damaged or unreadable then please get in touch. Usually a replacement will be sent but refunds maybe available depending on circumstances.

If a refund is applicable then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.
